Yes, they sound great. But where are they? I’m looking for something in NSW and I’m not having much luck. Looking for somewhere to stay for about 2 weeks, not just meditation and carrot juice but some genuine hard work to get me started.
Any advice???

Hi Sue, there is a great place in Mudgee NSW. I recently stayed there and got a great kick start. I lost 6 kg and got my mobility back. I highly recommend the great training, food and accommodation. Good Luck.
